- Jim Karle, President/CEO
- Jim Karle is the President/CEO of Corporate Business Solutions and has been in this capacity since joining the company in March 1997. He has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and business development efforts of the company. Jim is a past board member and officer of the Georgia Association of Professional Employer Organizations. Prior to joining the company he spent almost nine years with Price Waterhouse in Atlanta as both an auditor and investment banker. He holds a BBA in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, is an avid tennis player and has been active with such community organizations as Starlight Foundation, Junior Achievement and the German School of Atlanta.
- Nadir Moledina, Chief Information Officer
- Nadir Moledina is the company’s Chief Information Officer and has overall responsibility for data security, integrity, and strategy of the CBS systems. Spanning a career of more than 20 years, he has experience in virtually all aspects of information technology relating to HRIS solutions. Since joining CBS in 2000, he ensures CBS staff and clients have the right solutions to maximize the impact of CBS’ services. Nadir has over 13 years of payroll / accounting experience and is knowledgeable of UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Ceridian Source 500, Master Tax, as well as numerous other systems. He is very active in his community and a leading member in his Community Center.
- Todd Hutchings, Chief Financial Officer
- Todd Hutchings is the company’s Chief Financial Officer and a CPA who has overall responsibility for the payment and filing of all payroll related obligations of the company and its clients. Additionally, he is responsible for developing and maintaining the controls and processes surrounding CBS’ financial reporting and compliance. His financial career has always involved working with and leading the financial efforts of entrepreneurial companies e.g. Turner Broadcasting, Ivan Allen, Spa Sydell, etc. Todd joined CBS in 2006 and holds a BS in Accounting from North Carolina State University.
