Time Off (Employee)



What is this form?

Time Off allows you to quickly and easily request paid leave, and see your leave banks.  That paid leave can be vacation, PTO, sick, holiday, etc. based upon the policies of your company.  Paid leave requested and approved via iManage will automatically be part of the payroll that is processed relating to the period the time is approved.

Use this form to:

  • Request time off
  • Determine PTO accruals and transactions

How to use this form:

The Home Page allows you to see some of your paid time off (PTO) banks when you first log into iManage.  Clicking on either of the boxes will allow you to see all of your PTO banks.


Time Off will allow you to view your PTO banks, as well as request time off, all from a single screen.  To request time off simply click the orange add-icon to open the dialog box to add a vacation request.  Select the date either from the calendar or within the ‘Start Date’ and ‘End Date’ boxes.


Select a leave type when requesting time off. Based on your company policy, more options can be available such as Sick, Personal, and Bereavement etc.


Select the type of leave and then hit the save button save-icon.


Now the request can be submitted for approval.


Once submitted, a pop up window will appear for final verification, where you can say “OK” to finalize, or “Cancel” to go back to the request and modify as needed.


You can now view your previous and upcoming time off schedule using the calendar view.
