Deductions (Employee)


What is this form?

Deductions gives you the ability to view certain deduction information relating to your benefits, garnishments and other miscellaneous deductions that are an active are part of your pay check.

Why/when to use this form?

Use this form to:

  • Review deduction specific information affecting your pay check
  • Deductions visible on this form generally relate to your employee benefits (e.g. medical and dental insurance, 401(k), etc.).   Additionally, this form will show any active garnishments or other kinds of deductions e.g. loans, advance repayments, etc.

How to use this form:

Deductions gives you the ability to view deduction information about yourself.  No changes may be made to this screen except by your Administrator. Below you can see your employee benefits that are active:


In addition to your employee benefits, you can also view any other types of deductions that might be active (e.g. a loan or a salary advance repayment).



Finally, you will also be able to view any active garnishments that might be affecting your pay.  Should you see any errors, please contact your Administrator immediately so that the proper information is being processed by CBS.
