Directory (Employee)


What is this form?

Directory allows you to quickly and easily view other employees in your organization, as well as email them directly from iManage.

Why/when to use this form?

Use this form to:

  • Searching for other employees and their contact information
  • Emailing employees from iManage

  • All columns can be sorted in either ascending or descending order 

How to use this form:

This is a View Only form that allows you to see other people within your company.  The information on this form about you, may only be edited via the Personal Tab of the Profile Form.  You can get there by clicking on ‘Home’ in the top tool bar.


If an employee’s email address is populated within iManage, you will be able to send that person an email from within the directory.  Simply click on the  icon to launch your corporate email program.  The employee’s email address will automatically populate so that you can communicate with ease.
