What is this form?

Profile allows you to view and edit certain information relating to your information within the company.  Your profile is broken into one of eight easy to use sections: Personal, Job, Tax, Banking, Contacts, Deductions, Leave, and Company Property.

Why/when to use the form?

Use this form to quickly gain a high level view of your critical information about your role, compensation, and much more within the organization.

Tips from your CBS Pros:

  • To upload a photo, you can click on the “Upload Photo” under the Personal Tab and select one from any one of your system files and save
  • Make sure when you add a contact that you list the “Contact Type” before you save
  • If you see an error with your information do not hesitate to contact your Administrator

How to use this form:

Below we will explain the various tabs and how to best use iManage to accomplish your goals.  Please note that many of these tabbed sections are also standalone buttons from the home page that you can easily navigate to.

Personal Tab allows you to view and edit certain personal information.  All areas marked with an * are required fields.  Once a change is made, save the information and the data will be immediately committed to the iManage database.

Once you hit the save button, you will be asked to denote the Effective Date and the Change Reason.  Once you have selected the appropriate date and reason, your changes will be committed to the iManage database and ready for payroll.  No further work or worry is needed by you.

Submission of Your Changes
In order to finish the process of adding or changing your personal information you MUST click the “Submit Changes” button.  This process will then forward your changes to your manager to review/finalize the transaction and make it effective for your payroll.  If you do not “Submit Changes” then your transaction will not be fully processed and no changes will take place.  Additionally, you will note that your changes will appear in burnt orange indicating to you that they have not been finalized in the system and are not effective.  Once approved by your Administrator, the color will change from burnt orange to black.

Job allows you to view your job information for the position or roles within the organization.  You can also view past and future changes to your job information by simply clicking on the ‘Timeline’ tab.

Tax allows you to view your tax information on file.  If you would like to edit such information, simply click on the “Change My Taxes” button and you will be taken to Tax Screen.

Once you have landed on the Tax Screen, hit the orange add-icon if you would like to add additional tax jurisdictions or simply edit the existing information.  Upon completion of your edits, make sure to save your changes by hitting the save button save-icon .

Banking allows you to view and edit your banking information.  If you would like to edit your information, simply click the orange add-icon to begin editing.  Upon completion of your edits, make sure to save your changes by hitting the save button save-icon.

Contacts allows you to view your emergency contact and dependent / beneficiary information. If you would like to add a new contact simply click the orange add-icon button and enter the necessary information.  Any items denoted with a red asterisk-icon must entered in order to properly save your new information.  Once you have finished entering your information click the save icon save-icon and it will be committed to the iManage database.

Deductions allows you to view your deduction information that may be processed as part of your pay.  Such deductions can include employee benefits (e.g. health and dental insurance, 401(k), vision insurance, etc.).  Additionally, the ‘other’ tab includes items such as:  loans that you may have with the company as well as start and end dates associated with such activity.  Finally, the ‘Deductions’ tab will also have a subsection known as Garnishments, which will identify the active garnishments, liens, and levies that your employer may be required to deduct from you pay.

Leave allows you to view your current leave information, as well the ability to request time off under your company’s various leave policies.  Please see the Time Off information for a detailed explanation on how to request time off.

Property allows you to view the company property information that has been issued to you.  Should you see an error, contact your administrator.
