IRS allows an Employee to reprint W-2 forms that have been previously issued to you.

Use this form to:
- Reprinting historical W-2 forms for tax preparation or other personal reasons

- By “Launching” the report you will be able to have the iManage system create a duplicate of your historical W-2
How to use this form:
In order to reprint an old W-2 form, two fundamental actions must be taken:
- Identify the tax year you seek by clicking on the Magnifying Lens icon
- Clicking on the green Launch icon to have iManage prepare your duplicate W-2 form
Once the system has successfully reproduced your W-2 it will be displayed in the Output section of the form and highlighted in Yellow. Simply click on the PDF form to see your W-2.
