Our Approach to Implementation

We can carry the burden of over 90% of your necessary HR activities, and we strive to make it as painless as possible. We are agile, systematic, comprehensive and detail oriented and will work around your schedule, not ours. It typically takes 30-60 days to fully complete the transfer and set up process.

Our Approach to Customer Care

We provide dedicated professionals who are assigned to your account and will be your point person – there are no 1-800 case numbers at CBS. We insist on a minimum of quarterly face-to-face service meetings and guarantee an end of day turn-around on client service requests. If required, you will have access to our CEO within 24 hours to deal with any outstanding issues.
